Crowns & Bridges

A crown is the strongest restoration for a tooth, totally covering all sides holding the tooth together and strengthening it for long lasting protection. Often a crown is required for teeth that have been Root Canal Treated, are heavily restored with a patchwork of fillings or a tooth that has a fracture line causing pain. Crowns can also be used to rehabilitate your smile and create better support for a worn occlusion.

A bridge is used to replace one or more missing teeth by fixing an artificial tooth to crowns on the natural teeth either side of the space. A bridge can restore function to a row of teeth and also close gaps in the smile to imporve appearance.
